I have just had a Meterbox upgrade, completed by Feenstra Electrical.
I had my asbestos board removed and replaced, my existing main switch, upgraded to a 3 way switch, a generator inlet plug and all my fuses replaced and reorganised. My main reason was to bring my meterbox up to standard and to also make it generator compatible, so during a blackout I can have back up power connected straight to my circuits, apposed to running leads into my home.
From when I requested a quote, Andrew has been perfect. He replied promptly and understood what I was after. Andrew was flexible with times to quote, which meant, he could attend after I got home at 5:30pm. When he provided the quote, it was very transparent and itemized, so I knew exactly what I would be paying for. After accepting the quote, his team were prompt in organising a time to do the job. My job required a Level 2 electrician and Feenstra organised this as well.
On the morning of the job, I was greeted by Feenstra Electrician Bailey, who was very polite and professional. Soon after, the level two Electrician arrived and he carried out the isolation and re-connection later in the day. Bailey, communicated well during the day and was very tidy and cleaned up after himself.
Andrew and his team do a great job, and I highly recommend them.
Thankyou Feenstra Electrical

They were very helpful and flexible when we got our new stove. They unplugged the old stove and came back the next day to install the new one for us. We are very happy with their work.
